I take your privacy seriously. Below I honestly explain which data I collect through this site, why, and what your rights are.
Who controls the data
The data controller is Petrischa Robnik (Little Shining Angels). You can write to me at biewer.yorkie.angels@gmail.com.
What data I collect
When you fill in the contact form, I collect your name, e-mail address, (optionally) the breed you are interested in, and the content of your message. I collect no other data through the site.
Why I collect it
I use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
Who processes the data
The form runs technically through the hosting provider Netlify, which processes the submitted data on my behalf. To measure site visits I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and records only anonymous, aggregate visit statistics — no personal profiles. I do not sell your data and do not share it with others for their own purposes.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle it, then delete it.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, correction or deletion of your data or withdraw your consent — just write to the e-mail above. If you believe I handle your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Visit analytics (Cloudflare) works without cookies.
